The 'Bulgarian Minister of Finance, Professor Y. iMoUioff, defintelv offered £400,000 as reparations for 36 years from 1931. This is roughly what Bulgaria is paying at present. M. Louchenr promptly said the proposal .was not acceptable, hut he agreed that, the offer should he the basis of discussion.
