BEYOND TWELVE MILES LIMIT. “EVERYONE IS HAPPY.” (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) Received 11.45 a.m. to-day. NEW YORK, Jan. 7. The steamer George Washington, of I a United States line, has instituted an experiment with prohibition by installing a fully fledged brewery aboard. “What of it? It is within the law,” said Mr. Joseph Sheedy, president of the line, upon the arrival of the steamer to-night. “When she is inside the twelve-mile limit the brewery is dismantled and sealed. When outside the limit it is going full blast and everyone is happy.”
