Songs, recitations and stories occupied the greater pant of the evening. The following rendered much appreciated items: Recitations, Messrs A. Gray and J. McKay; songs, Messrs A. Bowie, J. McCarty, H. Winter, W. Evans and T. Haworth. Later a good supper was provided. Mr Ross was handed a presentation as a small token of esteem .and fellowship, for which he .suitably replied. The sympathy of the whole district is extended to Mr and Mrs W. B. Brown in the loss of their infant son. Eric Brown continues to remain an inmate of BDawera Hospital. Mr and Mrs W.
