COAL DISPUTE
ROTHBURY IN FULL SWING OUTPUT BACK TO NORMAL STATEMENT BY MINISTER. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph Copyright., Received 11.45 a.m. to-day. SYDNEY, Dec. 3. The Railway Commissioners have decided to man'the trains taking provisions iuto Rothbury with men who are nob members of the union. The Minister of Mines (Mr Weaver) stated that coal-hewing at Rothbury was now in full is wing and the out-pu t equal to that of normal times. No labourers had left the mine as had been alleged. A conference of representatives from all tlie northern miners’ lodges, held at Cessnoek. decided that should, the coal proceedings before the Arbitration Court break down, all men would he withdrawn from the northern pits, and each mine bo mass-picketed.
