The Secretary of the Post and Telegraph Department has received the following advice concerning the Norwich City: “The Tron-gotc and the Lincoln City arrived at Gardner Island at 7 a.m .to-day, when the ere-w was sighted on -the beach. The vessel will probably be a total loss.”
