The Auckland Harbour Bridge Commission resumed its sitting yesterday, when the Dcvonport, Steam Ferry Company presented statistics regarding the passenger and vehicular ferry services. These showed the traffic to be niuch less than the capacity of the steamers, and it was maintained that the present ferry charges for passengers from the various districts were less than the motor-bus charges by the poposed harbour bridge route would be. The commission adjourned until December t!.
