EXPORT OF EGGS.

FINAL DOMINION QUOTA. The final shipment of New Zealand eggs to England this season will be sent by the Corintliic from Wellington next Tuesday. A total of 2700 crates, each containing 360 eggs, will •be shipped from the whole of New Zealand. Compared with last season’s exports the consignments from the whole of New Zealand for the season will show an increase of about 3015 crates. The. individual quotas from the centres are as follow: Wellington, 200 crates; Canterbury, 800 crates; Dunedin, 1000 crates; Auckland, 800 crates. A shipment of 500 tins, each containing 401 b of egg pulp, will also be despatched from the South Island. This will be .covered by a* Government guarantee of £2 7s Oci a tin. The shipment is an experimental one, and, if successful, larger consignments will b© sent next year.
