TURUTURU SCHOOL
MEETING OF COMMITTEE. The monthly meeting of the Turuturu school committee was held last evening, there being present Messrs Wilson (chairman), Payne, Ward, Eden, Stevenson (secretary), and the headmaster, Mr. Mason. The headmaster reported a roll number of 154 with average attendance 137. Accounts amounting to £l6 9s 4d were passed for payment. Mr. F. G. Hancock was appointed to .the vacancy on the committee. A letter of thanks was sent to Mr. T. Headley for a donation of a squab for the school stretcher.
