A sensation has been caused by the publication in the “Lokal Anzeiger” or an article ostensibly written by General ron Seeckt, urging the reorganisation of the espionage service and quoting an anonymous British expert on. the next Avar. He proceeds to urge penetration into adversaries’ chemical and munitions industries, so as to be able to blot them out with bombs in wartime.

Yon Seeckt indignantly denies authorship of the article, and the police are trying to trace the forger.
