MAN DROWNED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) AVESTPORT, Oct. 15. Charles :Salter, a- married man with a large family, was drowned in the Duller river this morning. With others be was crossing the river at the Tiroion railway construction camp, when the boat capsized. He endeavoured to swum the river, but sank before reaching the Shore. Police are engaged in dragging the river.
