FURTHER CONVERSATIONS. wvf ANOTHER MILESTONE REACHED. PREMIER AND GENERAL DAWES MEET. ; British Official Wireless.) Received 1.5 p.m. to-dav. RUGBY, Aug. 19. Further talk on naval disarmament and on Anglo-American relations took place to-day between the Rt. Hon. Ramsay MacDonald and General Dawes, the American Ambassador, at Lossiemouth, where Air AlacDonald is holidaying. Air AlacDonald met General Dawes at Elgin station upon the American Ambassador’s arrival from London. The two drove to Air MacDonald’s home at Lossiemouth, where they had a long conversation during the afternoon. This evening General Dawes left by motor car for Athole, where he intends to make a short stay. He will return on Friday to Elgin, and will be present when Air AlacDonald receives the freedom of that city. Presumably the conversations wiil! then l>e continued'.
