Mullally, £{> 10s. In judgment summons proceedings, N. Sbarrock Avas ordered to pay £6 Os 2d to B. J. and O. E. Wallis and 15s Gd solicitor’s foe, in default six days’. imprisonment; IT. Hughes, of Taiwbiiti, Ayas ordered to pay £4 9s Id to H. Pierson as the balance of a claim, in default four days’ imprisonment.
