BODY FOUND IN PARK. ißr “tr-legrnpli -Tress Association.) WELLINGTON, July 16. The body of a man ns yet unidentified was found hanging from a tree in the Botanical Gardens to-day. No papers were in the man’s pockets nor anything with, which to establish his identity. The body is that of a man about 37 years of age, five feet- eight inches in height with grey eyes, brown hair, clean shaven face, top teeth widely spaced and a prominent, square jaiw. His noise had been broken. Hi-s complexion was sallow and he had a foreign appearance. He wore a blown Borsalino hat, a light brown gaberdine overcoat (purchased in Pailmersiton North), ai mew blue serge suit (purchased in Wellington) and patent leather shoes. The man’s collar hears the letters H.E’.R. written in marking ink.
