TROUBLES OF MONACO
ALMOST SETTLED. PRINCE PROMISES ELECTIONS. REVISION OF CONSTITUTION. (Australian Press Association —TTi-.iieil Service.) Received 1.35 p.m. to-day. MONACO, April 2. The dispute between Prince Louis and his people seems almost settled. The prince has promised that the municipal elections should be held before June 1, to be followed by National Council elections. French jurists will revise the constitution and consider the appointment of a commission to assist the prince in a time of difficulty.
