FORTY-SIXTH ANNUAL FIXTURE. Will cater not only for horticulturists, but also for all section of the public. Included in the programme are a, large number of Highland dancing events and numerous athletic contests, such as javelin throwing, putting the shot, hia-h and loner iump, ■etcOn Tuesday evening the- opening ceremony will be performed by Mr '• A 'Wilkinson, M.P., after which public will find abundant amusement In the various side-shows and novelties provided by an energetic commOn°Wednesday (People’s Day) the major attraction will ho the High and dancing and the athletic events. There will also he two lecturettes covering the care of gardens and arranging of flowers both in flip home and for exhibition. .' ~ The show will conclude in the evening with a. concert given by a select company of Hawera performers, ancl this will he followed by a dance.
