MINISTER OF LANDS
TOUR OF TARANAKI. Mr C. A. Wilkinson, M.P., advises that th e lion. G. W. Forbes. Minister of Lands, who arrives in Eltham on Wednesday evening, will be tendered a civic reception in the Borough Council Chambers at 8 o ’clock, after which deputations will be received. The Ministerial party will visit Opunako on Thursday, March 7, and then go on to Rahotu and New Plymouth, staying at the latter town overnight. The party will go on to Inglewood, Whangamomona and Stratford on Friday, staying 'overnight at Stratford whence the return to Wellington will be made by the mail train on Saturday morning.
