INVERCARGILL MEETING. (By Telegraph —Press Association.) INVERCARGILL, Feb. 28. The annual meeting of the Invercargill Trotting Club was concluded today in showery weather. There was a good attendance. The track was holding. The totalisator handled £11,724 I.os, against £11,732 last year. The total for the meeting was £25,264 10s, against £22,827 last year. Results: Trial Handicap (harness), of 120 sovs; one mile and a half. —1 Bingen Maid, limit, 1; 9 Doncliff, limit, 2; 7 Sunfire. limit, 3. Won by three, lengths, with the third horse half a. lengtli sway. Almont Cling was fourth. Time, 3.47 4-5. Murihiku Handicap (saddle), of 125 sovs; class 3.50; one mile and a half. —1 Kura, 108yds, 1; 1 Helen McGregor, 12yds, coupled with winner, 2; 9 Buck Up. 108yds, 3.
