It is understood that SOO candidates will be chosen by the incorporated associations, which now number thirteen and comprise all the recognised Labour and industrial syndicates, such as the Federation of Agricultural Labourers, the Federation, of industrial Labourers, and the Federation of Employers, As there are many other associations not incorporated it was left to the Parliamentary Commission to allot the choice of 200 candidates to them, which has now been done. First among them are the National Association of Combatants and the Association of War Disabled, who will respectively be allowed to choose fortyfive and thirty candidates. A further thirty candidates may be chosen by Civil Service, associations, and twentyfive bv associations of primary and intermediary schools. The remainder of the 200 are to be chosen by other,’ recognised but not incorporated asso-. ciations.
