PAYMENTS TO IRISH LOYALISTS. PRIME MINISTER'S ANNOUNCEMENT. (United Tress Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright.; (Australian Press Association.; Received 11.25 a.m .to-day. LONDON, Feb. 22. Speaking in the House of Commons, the Rt. Hon. Stanley Baldwin announced that the Government had reviewed the question of payment made to Irish loyalists. The recommendations of the advisory committee would be paid in full. Cabinet had never taken the view that the payments were a debt of honour.
