BRITISH OUTPUT.
Exports of British-made motor vehicles, chassis, parts and accessories during tho iirst seven months of 1928 were valued at a total of £4,929,502 (including commercial cars and tractors), a decrease as compared with'tho first seven months of last year of £1,298,135, when the total was £6,227, 637, and a falling off of £477,303 as against the year before, when the total was £5,406,805. Touring cars and cabs exported numbered, in 1926, 8649, valued at £1,868,044; 1927, 8919 (£1,922,362); 1925, 9812 (£1,963,761). Chassis below' 2Scwt. in 1926, 6726 (£930,014); 1927, 11,500 (£1,577,381); 1928, 6012 £714,491). Other parts and accessories 1926, £1,132,559; 1927, £982,323; 1928, £1,043,221. An examination of these figures will show that it is nothin respect of touring ears that the falling off has occurred. ' .
