CONFLAGRATION NOT SEEN. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WHANGAREI, Feb. 22. The public hall at Waikieliie, also the detached library building and its whole contents were totally consumed by fire during last night. None of the residents of the district saw the conflagration. The origin of the fire is a complete mystery,as neither place had been used for some time past. The hall was insured for £4OO, but there was no insurance on the library.
