SYDNEY, Feb. 22, The Minister of Justice, the Hon. J. R . Lee is considering a scheme for the establishment of prison camps for carrying out road work in the State by utilising prison labour. It is thought by this means to relieve the distress of prisoners’ families who have been left penniless and have become a burden on the State.
