CONSERVATIVE UNOPPOSED. (Australian Pres 3 Association —United Service.) Received 11 a.m. to-day. LONDON, Jan. 29. Major Ronald Rosa (Conservative) has been elected unopposed at the Lonclonderry by-election, which, became necessary through Sir Malcolm MacNaughton having been appointed as a judge.
