Coinciding with 150 arrests in Moscow and elsewhere, the . Communist Party has issued a. statement declaring relentless war against the Trotsky forces, around which all anti-Soviet forces in the country are stated to' be rallying. The statement accuses Trotsky supporters of endeavouring to corrupt the Red army and adds that members of the party must understand Trotsky supporters who have been banned are members of an anti-Soviet organisation with which relations are forbidden. LONDON, Jan. 23. The “London Daily Telegraph’s” Berlin correspondent states that according tp Trotsky’s German organ Volkswille, Trotsky’s life is again in danger. The political bureau reported it had been decided he must be put across the frontier into Turkey, where he would be assassinated in such a way as to enable the Bolsheviks to .disclaim responsibility.
