iiited Press Association—By Electric Telegrapt Copyright.) (Australian Press Association.) LONDON, Dec. 28.
A complete description from official sources of the German mystery ship, the so-called ‘‘pocket battleship,” is now published in the “Daily Telegraph,” which isaya the new 10,000-ton ship laid down at. Kiel will be the most remarkable wansbip afloat. No other warship will have such a fang© cruising radius at high speed. She will carry enough fuel' oil to drive the ship 10,000 nautical miles at a speed of 20 knots and, could probably at lower speed cruise from Germany to China on one load of fuel. The Ersatzpreussen, as she is provisionally designated, though probably she wifi be named eventually after Admiral von. Scheer, will he driven at a 1 speed of 26 knots by twin sets of Diesel motors developing 50,000 horse-power. The estimated cost is £4,000,000. due to .superfine quality throughout. Three similar ships will follow.
