When Lord Strickland opened Parliament to-day* the Oppositionist? did not attend during his speech, which was a forecast of legislation affecting the constitutional relations between the two Houses. The Oppositionists trooped in as Lord Strickland left the Chamber. Nationalists in the ' strangers’ gallery hooted Lord Strickland, but the Constitutionalists cheered. Several members were ejected.
