LONDON, Dec. 3. Mr. Carroll, the Commonwealth Dairy Exports supervisor, has' arrived. He was gratified to find that the reputation of Australian butter was improving. He proposes to investigate direct shipment schemes to Hull, Liverpool and Glasgow.
