Treasury bonds maturing in 1932-34, at ninety-nine. Holders of 5 per cent, and 4 per cent, national war bonds, and 4i per cent. Treasury bonds due on PebruaiN i, 19v>9 which are estimated to. aggregate’ about £173,000,000, are invited to convert into the new issue, which carries the right of conversion into 4 per cent.
