FURTHER ARRANGEMENTS MADE That tlie affairs of the newly-formed; Life-Saving Club in Hawera are progress inoi was shown by the interest taken in the work and by the enthusitsm shown at a general meeting held last night in the Borough Chambers, over which Air L. Hunt, club captain, presided. Advice was received that Air F. C. Sage had presented a lifebuoy to the club, and arrangements' are being made to procure a belt for the team work. The colours adopted were Lack and white. Several new members were 'elected, and it was arranged to hold a practice at the week-end on the beach at Ohnwe.
