- <P TOTKEEi YEARS’ DE TENTTON. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) HAMILTON. Nov. 30. Frederick William Goueher, aged 29, a gardener, was sentenced by 'Mr Justice Blair at. the court to-day to three years’ reformative detention for indecent. assault, on five counts. Counsel said that 'Gouchnr was willing to undergo an operation or any treatment. Dr. Hocking said that an operation would be useless. Hard work among healthy-minded men might assist. The judge, in sentencing the prisoner, said he regarded Goueher as a sick man.
