The morning’s was a Communion address, and in the evening lie preached from the text 1 Corinthians, 11, dl: “For if we would judge ourselves, we diould not he judged,” coupling with it the text. “Judge not. that ye be not judged:” He said, m the course of his sermon, that judgment wjfs one of the deepest instincts of human nature, and that scarcely a day nassed without its being exercised.” Therefore it was necessary that it should lie ••emulated and he)it at the highest standard.
