AIR HOOVER TO VISIT SOUTH AMERIC A. (Australian Press Association —United Service.) Received 1.10 p.m. to-dav. VANCOUVER, Nov. 19. A message from San Pedro (California) states that Air Hoover (Presi-dent-elect) sailed an Alondav on the battleship Al.aryland on a goodwill tour of South America.
