Colonial Secretary. —Mr Arthur Barnes. Ministers without portfolio.—Sir William Coaker, Mr T. Cook. Dr. A. Campbe’il, Mr P. J. Lewis. Dr. Harris, Mr M. Mosdell. Mr F. G. Bradley. Departmental officials not in the executive council will he the Minister of Fisheries, Mr Clyde Lake, the Minister of Public Works, Mr Richard Hibbs. and the Minister of Agricllturo and Mines, Mr Joseph Downey.
