Received 9.35 a.m. to-day., LONDON, Nov. 15. It has been learned from Bucharest that the Maniu Government has decided to remove the barriers raised by M. Bratianu against the introduction of foreign capital. The “Daily Telegraph’s” diplomatic correspondent hopes that the removal will result in the extension of the oilfields as well as banking and railway facilities. He points out that Rumania is so rich in natural resources that the influx of foreign capital is likely to be fairly rapid.
