PARIS, Nov. 10. The political situation remains in a state of suspense. President Doumergue has now conferred with fortv pcoplo at the Elysee and ,t.he opinion prevails that the President is massing a formidable offensive based on public, opinion in readiness to summon M. Poincare, his object being to put. the o’x-Prime Minister in such a position that ho cannot refuse office. Admittedly, opinion has hardened in favour of hi s recall.
