A ’,arge gathering of Sydney .seamen at the Communist hall towdlav difcmssed the Eguity Court’® decision restraining Mr Jacob Johnson from .interfering with Mr Tom Walsh, in the execution of his duties as secretary of the Seamen’® Union. The judge -declared Mr Walsh was properly elected. It was subsequently stated that the meeting had carried a, resolution neaffirming its previous decision that Mr Johnson was stiP secretary of the union.
