Old tor Hie graz.ng rights for a term of sections 1 to 12, block LI., town of Wait-urn West was refused, a temporary right being approved Proposals for the expenditure of thirds by the Egmont County Council were approved. Thirty-four applications under the Discharged Soldiers' Settlement Act were considered, and of these two applications for stock and improvement advances were recommended, two applications for exemption from residence were approved, and one application to transfer was recommended. Forty-seven applications under the Deteriorated Landis Act were considered and various recommendations were made in regard to reduction in capital value, the reclassification of land, remission of rental and purchase of seeds manures and farming materials.
