* NEXT PROFESSIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP. (By Telegraph —Press Association.) PALMERSTON N., Oct. 23. At a meeting of the Professional Golfers’ Association of New Zealand, held at Dunedin last Thursday, it was decided to hold the next professional championship at Palmerston North. A definite date was not fixed, but it will probably be at the end of February or the beginning of March. MANAWATU TOURNAMENT. PALMERSTON N., Oct. 23.. The Manawatu golf championship tournament was continued 'to-day. Results in the second round are: A. E. Ekstedt beat H. Hutchinson 4 and 3. R. Wagg beat H. G. Moser 8 and 6. D. Collins beat E. Carr 2 up). W. A. Kellogg beat A. Seifert 1 up at the 21st.
