A message from San Antonia states that a promise that the Administration was not contemplating bringing about, any weakening of the national defence because of the Kellogg treaty was given 'to the American Legion yesterday by the 'Secretary for War, Mr Dwight Davis, in an address, in which he praised the. purpose and statesmanship of the documents.
