HA WFP A CLUB. OPENING OF SEASON. ! At the opening ceremony of the Hawera Bowling Club’s season on Saturday there was such a large attendance of visitnig players that only a few of the local men' Were able to get a game. A series of matches was played between rinks selected by the president and vice-president, the former winning by 165 to 141.
