STi!A’lT'(dlM) SKIN SALE. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Go., JAd., Haw era, report hawng held their monthly sale at Stratford on Tuesday last. Payers representing Dominion and overseas interests were in attendance and competed keenly lor wool oddments, 742 sheepskins. 1197 hides, tallow, and sundries. Wool showed a decline, sheepskins and hides were easier compared with last sale. Our catalogue of approximately 4000 skins met with keen demand, competition throughout being exceptionally keen lor super and first grade.
