RIOTS AT SURAT.

The Surat riot casualties total seven dead and two hundred injured. Fifty arrests have been made. Tre town is panic-stricken and business paralysed Armed police are patrolling the streets. Racial riots occurred in several centres of the province of Bombay, stated -a message yesterday. At Surat' the police were forced to open fixe to disperse the rioters, who stoned u Hindu procession. There were many casualties. A tense situation prevails.
