A 'COUNCILLOR RESIGNS. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Sept. 27. Councillor George Hunter, a Labour member of the 'Christchurch City 'Council, has resigned as a result of the firm of which he is a partner having sold coal to the council through a third party. The Audit Department considers it is only a technical breach.
