HAWERA LADIES’ GLUE. The 'Canadian foursome competition conducted by the Hawera (Ladies ’ Olub held over from last week, will be played to-morrow (Tuesday). Players are to choose their own partners and opponents. The third round of the senior and junior -championships are to be .played by September 31. A HOLE IN ONE. Air J. iSturroek on (Saturday joined the band of those who have to their credit a hole in oiie, when he holed bis mashic shot at “‘The 'Crater, ” the short fifth hole on the -Hawera 'course. He duly paid the penalty incurred by such a stroke and enjoyed the privilege ofphis hospitality.
