The matter of the Hospital Radio Fund was briefly mentioned at the meeting of \tbe Waimate West County Council to-day. The chairman isaid that all arrangements were ‘being made and tlie dates fixed for the big canvass were October 24 and 25. He said that everyone should help and the lists pre- " pared by the organiser, Mr Hooker, were hands d out to members at the meeting.
