A message from St. Louis (Missouri) ■states that the Budget of the National Democratic Committee calls for four million dollars to lie raised for expenditure on the presidential campaign. Mr. J. B. Raskob, chairman, announced on Wednesday that 500,000 dollars would be expended to gain the support of the corn belt States, and 600(090 on a radio broadcasting campaign.
