LATEST LONDON QUOTATIONS Saturday morning’s cable advice from London, received by Mr. G. H. Buckeridge from Messrs. H. A. Lane and Co., Ltd., indicates that the markets are still firm and high. The cable reads: “Market- for cheese steadv: prices Ills to 113 s. Canadian 109 s c.i.f. Butter market excited and slightly easier.” Mr. Buckeridge says it is probable that there are fluctuations owing to inquiry for stocks, and that this would result in an easier position.
