(By Telegraph —Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Aug. 24

Mr. Justice Adams gave his reserved judgment to-day in the case Henry Digby James, of Greymouth, a printer, v. Edward Ernest Bayly Mabin, of Nelson, bank managei, claiming £2500. The judge decided that the statement of claim did not disclose the cause of the action, and awarded costs and disbursements to the defendant. The case was heard on June 29.
