ARBITRATION TREATY.
U.S.A. NEGOTIATES WITH EGYPT
United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) (Australian Press Association.) Received 12.25 p.m. to-day. NEW YORK, "Aug. 17. It was- learned to-night that the United States is definitely negotiating treaties with Egypt, which makes the twenty-ninth arbitration and eighteenth conciliation treaty which America, has initiated since December.
