OWNERS CONSIDERING SCHEME.

Conversations have proceeded during the pact six weeks between the- leading coal owners with a. view to formulating a national selling scheme for the export of coal. It is hoped to avoid lionorganised price cutting on behait 01 British coal exporters competing foxforeign markets. It is understood that the plan is proceeding satisfactorily, but. the owners will not meet again until .September.
